A well-established and highly respected law firm located in the heart of Sacramento is looking for someone like you. This team of dedicated Attorneys specializes in providing exceptional legal services to clients. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Litigation Secretary to join our team. Key Responsibilities:Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.Managing and organizing case files and documents, both in paper and electronic formats.Assisting attorneys in preparing for court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.Maintaining attorney calendars and scheduling appointments and hearings.Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.Filing legal documents with local and federal courts and agencies.Conducting legal research and assisting with the preparation of legal briefs and memos.Other administrative tasks and projects as required to support the legal team.
