Job Description:

Basic Functions:The basic function is to provide sales and administrative support to the Area Vice PresidentTerritory Sales Representative by maintaining and increasing sales volume through the management of client accounts and new potential opportunities. A Business Development Assistant is expected to assist clients further through cold calling and other methods of prospecting. Provide additional administrative customer support where needed to assist each client. Duties and Responsibilities:1. Assist the Area Vice PresidentTerritory Sales Representative in increasing their sales volume through cold calling and other prospecting methods 2. Work with the Area Vice PresidentTerritory Sales Representative in managing their territoryfuture sales opportunities 3. Understand and talk through the selling points of our marketing platforms 4. Develop an understanding of our internal platforms and the administrative functions associated with them 5. Develop Marketing calendar consisting of regular communications with current and past clients and new prospects using different communication channels such as Direct Mail, Email, and Phone 6. Develop new client opportunities through cold calling and other prospecting methods 7. Provide administrative support and basic administrative functions 8. Communicate as a liaison with production, data and graphics departments to manage each promotion through completion 9. Assist and Prepare presentations, quotes and marketing materials with Graphics department 10. Stay up-to-date with Strategic Marketing changes regarding product introductions, product updates, service offerings and new technologies Other duties may be assigned!Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, andor ability required.
