Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic national boutique litigation law firm seeking a skilled Employment Defense Litigation Associate with 2+ years to join its team. Law firm provides full benefits including 100% coverage for employee plus 1950 billable hours. Hybrid remote flexibility or 100% remote with ability to go into the office as needed (can work out of any FL office). Responsibilities include: Prepare pleadings and motions in State and Federal Courts,Review and analyze document productions,Maintain professional communication with clients and opposing counsel,Attend depositions, hearings, pre-trial conferences, and mediations,Draft and respond to written discovery,Conduct legal research.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in employment defenselabor law required.Strong writing and research skills.Base salary up to $175,000 plus bonus.
