Job Summary:Fisher Refrigeration, Inc. is seeking motivated, self-driven, Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician(s) with experience in general, preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, emergency service calls, installations, modifications, pump downs and startupcommissioning for Ammonia, CO2 and Freon industrial refrigeration processessystems. As a service technician you will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and industry standards (OSHA, EPA, ASHRAE, IIAR Standards, RMPPSM). Position Highlights: Direct HireCompetitive Hourly Wage commensurate with experience: $25.00 to $60.00Work Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, Overtime subject to change based upon schedule DutiesResponsibilities:Perform daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual refrigeration repair and maintenance support activities to industrial refrigeration ammoniaCO2Freon in a safe and timely manner while providing superior customer service.Perform routine and emergency industrial refrigeration repair and maintenance services on industrial refrigeration equipment. This includes compressors, condensers, pumps, motors, valves, and electrical troubleshooting of industrial refrigeration systems and automationcontrols and alarm systems.Responsible for compressor repairs and seal replacements.Responsible for preventative maintenance such as compressor alignment and vibration analyses using up-to-date technologies.Demonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures, and governing requirements.Ability to work unsupervised or with limited instruction. Required SkillsAbilities:Ability to troubleshoot and repair AmmoniaCO2Freon industrial refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems.Ability to read and interpret ammonia refrigeration manuals, documents, and drawings (P&ID's). Valid Driver's LicenseExcellent technical and mechanical skills.Ability to use basic hand, power, and diagnostic toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Physical Requirements:Must be able to pass drug screen for employmentMust be able to pass physical examination and Respirator FIT Testing.Physically able to climb ladders, work at high elevations and lift objects up to 50lbs.Availability to work overtime and weekends.Prolonged periods of working in variety of temperature change environments Exempt Non-Exempt: Non-ExemptFull-TimePart Time: Full-Time
