This role will be the responsible for setting up a Feasibility Centre of Excellence in the company, and will be accountable for scenario planning, patient enrolment and retention, as well as site identification and study start-up. Main ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead Feasibility Center of Excellence, collaborating with preferred CROs for data-driven trial planningDrive country placement discussions, providing recommendations aligned with business goalsConduct protocol feasibility assessments, optimizing trial delivery strategiesOversee enrollment modeling and recruitment strategies, ensuring accurate timelinesFacilitate site identification and streamline study start-up processesImplement efficient processes and technologies to support start-up executionDrive patient recruitment and retention strategies, selecting portfolio-level approachesAnalyze therapeutic area connections to optimize portfolio-level study planningRequirementsMasters or PhD education15+ years experience in drug development (start-up to final study report)8+ years leadership experience building feasibility and start-up teamsProficiency in clinical trial feasibility, scenario planning, and data analysisProven track record of delivering results within budget and timelines, with cost optimization expertiseExtensive experience in patient recruitment campaignsFlexibility to travelHow to ApplyApply here for a confidential call about this opportunity.
