Job Description:

Growing Company seeks experienced Site SafetyLogistics Manager to provide oversight of projects. Knowledge of health care construction, processes, procedures and reporting. Ability to manage construction safety and logistics for a complex, multi-division construction from initial site development to final commissioning and handover. This an on-site position supports a 5+ year effort.Responsibilities:Safety Management:Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety programs and policies in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and assess risks associated with construction activities.Provide safety training and orientation to all personnel on-site, including contractors, subcontractors, and project vestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Maintain records of safety-related incidents, training, inspections, and compliance documentation.Stay abreast of relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards applicable to construction projects in the healthcare sector.Identify potential risks and hazards associated with construction activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.Logistics Coordination:Plan and coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure smooth construction operations.Manage the scheduling and delivery of materials to meet project timelines and budget constraints.Collaborate with procurement teams to source and purchase necessary supplies and equipment in accordance with project requirements.ExperienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), or equivalent a plusProven experience in construction safety management, preferably within the healthcare sector.Strong knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and standards applicable to construction projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
