Based in Sugar Land, Texas, PG Golf LLC is the world's largest recycled golf ball company and leading golf course supplier. We are looking for a proactive, dedicated, and professional Inside Sales representative to join our team. Working remotely or from home is not offered with this position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. The Inside Sales representative is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to acquire targeted golf ball retrieval accounts and sell PG Golf products across the US.2. Serves as liaison between current retrieval customer base to secure and expand PG's retrieval efforts, while expanding referrals to other targeted courses.3. Place a high volume of quality outbound calls to build relationships and match our products and services to each customer's needs.4. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual product and new retrieval account sales goals.5. Collaborate with other sales team members, operations, and inventory staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.6. Experience proactively leveraging internet intelligence and social media for prospecting.7. Use market knowledge of product trends to maximize PG Golf product placement and sales.REQUIREMENTS A Passion for Golf.At least 2 years' sale experience.Ability to develop customer relationships and create sales.Provide the highest level of customer service with every call.Telemarketing experienceProven ability to produce results and exceed sales goals.The ability to multi-task.Strong computer skills, in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Desires a challenging, fast-paced, team-spirited work environment.
