Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, PC, an established, mid-size law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a full-time family law paralegal for two busy Attorneys.   ResponsibilitiesProject management and organization Ability to work independent from Attorneys Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgmentAbility to anticipate problems, find solutions, and prioritize work accordinglyRead, Review and Draft sworn financial statements Knowledge and experience reviewing personal financial documents Draft and review pleadings including Motions, Notices, Orders, Stipulations, Subpoenas and Discovery Draft AssetDebt Spreadsheets, Maintenance Worksheets and Child Support WorksheetsKnowledge and experience of WebEx technology for attendance at hearingsPrepare trial exhibits Scheduling of Mediations, Hearings, Depositions and Client and Witness InterviewsWell-developed skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and compositionEffective verbal and written communication skillsCalculate deadlines and docket them using electronic calendaring systemsProficient knowledge and experience using Colorado Courts E-FilingAbility to transcribe using transcription technology &or machineQualifications5 years experience as a family law paralegal in ColoradoExperience handling high-asset divorce mattersExperience handling high-volume workload with critical deadlines and competing demandBachelor's degree or Paralegal certificateRWO offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package including company-provided parking, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
