Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative, motivated and responsible Junior Designer to join our Global R&D Team focusing on product development. Our ideal candidate has the desire to work as part of a growing team, channeling hisher creative abilities to produce unique furniture and home decor product designs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and must be a creative, self-motivated and highly organized individual. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Sketch up, Microsoft Office are required and experience with AutoCAD3-D rendering software is preferred.ResponsibilitiesCreate and assist the design team with the development of new product, creating detailed renderings using Adobe Creative SuiteSketchUpAutoCADSupport the design team to Identify and create trend briefsguides to be used as inspiration for company-wide product developmentConduct market research and present findings internally with other design team members and account managers (Digital & In-person Research)Collaborate with Account Managers and customers on product-specific projectsConceptualize and design new products to be exhibited at industry trade showsCreate and update productsales presentations and other customer communicationsCreate sales content for both in-person and online shopping experiences - ie.
