Job Description:

Ahlers & Ogletree Auction Gallery, the leading full-service Fine Art and Antique Auction House located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Full-Time Consignment Coordinator. The Consignment Coordinator reports to the Director of Consignments and Auction Operations and acts as the liaison between consignors and the business developmentspecialist teams within our firm.  The Consignment Coordinator is also the main point of contact for all communications with our consignors and ensures that all pre-sale and post-sale contracts and reports are distributed in a timely and accurate manner.Qualifications:Minimum of one year in the auction industry or a related field, with operations or accounting experience preferred.Experience in managing many projects at the same time and working within a growing and fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and an ability to learn the latest programs with efficiency and ease is essential.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.Trustworthy, with a commitment to excellence.
