Job Description:

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for communication and administration of all areas of HR programs including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities:Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approachProvide coaching and guidance as well as partnering closely with senior leaders Advise hiring managers and functional leaders on compensation matters related to offersManage the preparation of data for payroll processing; maintain and oversee all employee changes via ADP Workforce Now; work closely with payroll team on special circumstancesManage full cycle recruitmentOversee the maintenance of organizational charts by the HR CoordinatorGenerate incentive memosAssist with preparation of the performance review and merit increase processesManage and respond to unemployment claims and other HR related request from government agenciesMaintain monthly HR metrics and update annual Radford surveyOrganize company-wide events and team building planning activities Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Human Resourcesdegree required.Experience working in a fast-paced biotechpharma organization Experience working with HRIS systems and other HR-related platforms
