Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in the Central Florida region.This teammate will report to the Southeast Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory. This role is representing our Star Building Systems product line.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goalsComprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the marketDemonstrates a complete understanding of key customer's business and the critical measures that drive each accountWorks effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficientAbility to work with Operating SystemsQualificationsCollege degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of proven salesmarketing or sales management experience, 5+ years of experience in Building MaterialsExperience within the pre-engineered building space preferred Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System's associates, customers, subsidiaries, agentsMust have thorough understanding of construction processAbility to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specificationsAbility to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunitiesStrong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside SalesAbility to work independently and in a team environment is essentialMust be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously50-70% travel in marketAdditional informationWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?At Cornerstone Building Brands, our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
