Your role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring efficient and safe processes. Your responsibilities include team leadership, safety compliance, quality control and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Electrical System Management: Oversee electrical systems' installation and repair. Ensure proper design and functionality in collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.Team Leadership: Manage and guide an electrical team, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration. Conduct team meetings, monitor progress, and resolve issues or conflicts.Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce electrical safety protocols and compliance. Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a safety culture.Quality Control: Implement quality control measures for electrical systems and equipment. Monitor activities, conduct inspections, and address deviations promptly.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth coordination.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of electrical activities and safety records.Qualifications and Skills:Previous supervisory experience in electrical operations.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and relevant codes.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance.Demonstrated experience in optimizing processes and achieving operational targets.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
