CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER This is managing a team of around 20 FTE and growing. The manufacturer is a leader in aquatic waterway maintenance and conservation solutions with shoreline maintenance equipment, weed management equipment, and aquatic trash skimming equipment.The company is a family-held business with one of the owners wishing to retire. This situation of a retiring business owner has created a need for succession planning and hiring a new business leader for their operations team. Our Client is the leader in innovation and customer loyalty in the surface water equipment industry.The Location: Greater Milwaukee AreaThe Position: The Chief Operating Officer will coach and lead the team in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance and Human Resources. The COO will work with the PresidentOwner, Sales, and Marketing to execute the operations plan to meet the strategic and financial goals developed by the executive bination of education and experience preferably in business, engineering, or technology. An MBA is a plus. Must be excited facilitating innovative aquatics solutions using design engineering and sheet metal fabrication to create unique equipment for our partnerscustomers. Must be a servant leader and enjoy working with and coaching a team to execute a plan to meet the manufacturing and operations goals.Excited to be a Leader for the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Scheduling Engineering, Customer Service, Finance and Human Resources. As a member of the Leadership Team, contribute to the strategic plan, develop the resources and plan to execute strategies.
