We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.Position Overview:The Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals including trade showrooms and independent sales representatives. Working closely with the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will provide direction and support to the Sales Team to drive sales growth through the development and implementation effective sales and marketing strategies. They will be responsible for setting clear objectives, meeting sales targets, and ensuring proper execution of company policies and guidelines. In addition, they will play a key role in motivating and coaching the sales team, building a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to the company's overall success.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee regional territories and maintenance of sales quarterly action plans.Acts as a company representative and attends trade shows.Prepare and host monthly sales meetings.Partner with marketing team for sales collateral, digital assets and company message.Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.Territory travel as needed.Sales GrowthChannel Optimization: Trade Show Room and Sales RepsWith Sales Director develop and execute a business plan and strategies to maintain existing customers, attract new customers, and increase sales volume.Establish short and long term goalsOversee sales andor special promotionsManage sales activities, providing leadership to the sales team.Convert leads into orders and explore new channel opportunities.Partnering with the reps, implement sales opportunities through seminars, open houses, trade associations, etc. to generate new business.New rep onboarding & training and continuous education:Motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team, building a positive and productive work environment.Cultivate relationships and offer essential product and sales support.Improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training for all sales personnel.Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate training programs.Contribute to the company's overall success by fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.AnalyticsAnalyze sales data and market trendsIdentify new opportunities and make data-driven recommendationsProvide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, status to goals and other relevant metrics.Utilize CRM & other metrics to measure sales quotas to sales representatives and implement improvements where needed.Other duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities:Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct the sales team to achieve sales goals.Proficient in proven sales strategies and methods.Visionary and forward-thinking mindset to create new sales strategies.Detail-oriented and goal-focused with excellent time management skills.Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with the sales team and coworkers.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Excellent initiative, self-discipline, and decision-making skills.Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build a positive and productive team and work environment.The ability to effectively learn and utilize new software applications as needed.Qualifications and Experience:At least five years of sales experience in the home furnishings wholesale service-oriented positions.5 or more years in a leadership role managing sales representatives.Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leadsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft 365, experience with Salesforce or other CRMs are preferred but not required.*Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-time, 45 hours a week - Onsite*This position scheduled to begin 1224
