Key responsibilities will be assisting sales team with needs including managing customer queries and complaints. Assist product manager with costing, quote generation and updating system details. Daily entry of sales orders while ensuring customer order matches what was quoted. Entering credits as needed. Assist in multiple departments with record detention and other tasks as needed. If you're interested in learning more about our company culture, as well as the benefits we offer our employees, please visit our website or social media pages.Responsibilities Assisting with product costing for quoting new business opportunities.Setting up new items to include providing information for bill of materials (BOM) and labor routing.Updating BOMs and routing under direction of product manager.Works with sales or customers to gather missing information on new products.Calculates item cost based on information from various sources and departments.Provides customers with accurate information regarding pricing, order minimums, and product characteristics. Assist in the sample process and maintain records of samples piles sample packets including sample request form and work order, and delivers to pletes all item setup documentation for new pletes needed documentation to create or update BOMs and routings for accurate cost data in system from information supplied by product municate with Customers via phone, email, virtual meetings and email.
