Job Description:

SpaceNav is looking for an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) who will be responsible for overseeing and administering the SpaceNav security program. The FSO is responsible for coordinating with government and industry to ensure security compliance as defined by government requirements, including compliance defined in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other government regulations.The FSO will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of our facilities, personnel, and information.ResponsibilitiesConduct personnel security processes, including security clearances, briefings, and debriefingsMaintain accurate records of personnel security clearances and access levelsOversee access control systems and and processes for physical security, including badge issuance and visitor managementProvide security education and training to employees on security policies, procedures, and awarenessConduct regular security briefings and awareness campaignsQualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience3+ years experience as an FSOActive TS security clearance
