The Roseville office of Sproul Trost LLP has an immediate opening for an attorney with three to ten+ years of transactional andor business litigation experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in both transactional and litigation sections with emphasis on real estate and corporate matters including but not limited to drafting corporate formation documents and common interest development agreements and working in all phases of litigation, including legal research, client interaction, drafting pleadings and discovery, attending hearings and depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.
