Job Description:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising the daily maintenance and repair tasks for the organization's facilities, equipment, and machinery. They strategize, coordinate, and lead all maintenance efforts to uphold machine reliability and reduce unforeseen downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience transitioning from a run-to-fail model to a TPM model. Responsibilities• Inspire, guide, and support maintenance team members to excel in their roles. • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to facilitate maintenance projects. • Maintain the efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspections and repairs. • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across company premises and facilities. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, fostering an accident-free workplace environment. • Regularly liaise with upper management to address production-related challenges or concerns. • Manage inventory of spare parts, components, and tools necessary for maintenance activities through proactive ordering and monitoring. • Monitor expenses and oversee maintenance budget allocation. • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.
