The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where client service is paramount.Responsibilities:Directly work with and provide high-quality service to our clients.Collaborate closely with firm owners, attorneys, paralegals, and marketing teams to achieve the highest level of service and success.Maintain annual billable hours.Exhibit an internal desire for personal and team growth.Please note that this is a collaborative, in-person with Hybrid, remote work after 90-daysEducation and Experience Requirements:A minimum of two years' combined experience in family law and criminal law.At least two years of litigation or trial experience.Experience in sales, customer service, and client-facing roles is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively.Must exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt to our ever-evolving legal practice.Please note that we will accept attorney's licensed in Colorado or those eligible for practice pending pensation and Benefits:This is a full-time salaried position based in either our Denver or Colorado Springs office.Salary ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 plus bonuses, depending on experience and goals.Light travel may be required.Flexible vacation and holiday policy.Employee health insurance fully paid by the company.The firm offers unlimited vacation as long as the attorney maintains the required billable hours.For more information about our firm, please visit Matters values empathy, sales skills, accountability, and team collaboration.
