Adecco has partnered with a Residential & Commercial Real Estate Client to hiring (3) Leasing Agent in the Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles & Woodland Hills, CA.This is a Full Time Direct Hire position with Full Benefits.Job Description:As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in the success of our real estate agency by assisting clients in finding their ideal rental properties. You will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for both tenants and property owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.Responsibilities:Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.Assist clients in selecting rental properties that meet their specific needs and preferences.Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and virtual tours as needed.Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, providing additional information and answering questions.Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.Collect rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify tenant qualifications.Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants on behalf of property owners.Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections, documenting property condition and addressing any issues.Maintain accurate records of rental listings, lease agreements, and client communications.Stay up-to-date on market trends, rental rates, and property availability in the local area.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate preferred.Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management preferred.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of local rental market trends, regulations, and fair housing laws.Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Benefits:Competitive commission structure with earning potential based on performance.Health insurance optionsRetirement savings planPaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee discounts on rental properties and services
