Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with 1-2 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on commercial real estate and landlordtenant law.Responsibilities:Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters related to real estate, including commercial properties and landlordtenant disputes.Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and develop effective legal strategies.Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on real estate and landlordtenant issues.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, learning from their expertise.Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including document production and review.Attend client meetings and maintain clear communication throughout cases.Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.1-2 years of litigation experience, with a preference for real estate and landlordtenant law.
