If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.What does a successful Managing Counsel do?You will be responsible for providing legal support for M&A, strategic investment, partnership, joint venture, and similar business development transactions. You will provide legal support for SEC filings including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statement and section 16 filings and NYSE compliance. Provide legal support to board of directors and corporate functions. Anticipate and guard against legal risks. Research and respond to questions that arise from daily business.What You Will Need To HaveLaw degree from a law school approved by the American Bar Association or proper state authoritiesLicensed to practice, or ability to become licensed to practice, in appropriate jurisdictionAt least 5 years' relevant legal experienceWhat Would Be Great To HaveRelevant law firm experience valuedExperience in public company SEC reportingMergers and acquisitions and other transaction experienceAbility to work in fast-paced environment and to identify potential legal, operational and strategic risks
