Account Executive - (Staffing)North Billerica, MABase Salary + Uncapped Commissions + BenefitsThe Account Executive is responsible for completing sales training and establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts as well as new business development. Fosters key business relationships with potential and existing clients. Utilizes existing strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.Sells solutions andor services utilizing existing strategiesEstablishes new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accountsDevelops effective relationships with key client contactsAssists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendmentsAssists with negotiating and securing profitable pricing and pay modelsBuilds an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities and competitor strategiesAssists with implementing service improvementsProduces sales forecasts and other related reportsParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of sales experience is required. Previous experience in the staffing andor human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to adapt to the business environment quicklyAbility to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer serviceAbility to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlinesKnowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems andor related tools Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.It's an exciting time to be part of our team.
