We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative and clerical support to Chief Officer(s) and other management, as well as Human Resources and other operational leadership. Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe position also involves exposure to highly sensitive information, including product information, and requires the ability to maintain confidentiality.It also requires considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.A significant portion of the job involves planning, coordinating and making domestic travel arrangements that are frequently subject to last minute changes.Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing correspondence and presentation materials; organizing and coordinating in-house and off-site meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences; prioritizing and handling of all incoming email, mail, faxes and telephone calls; scheduling of appointments and maintaining Microsoft Outlook calendar.Must have flexibility to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed, with occasional domestic travel. Skills RequirementsA minimum of 10 years' experience in administrative or related roles required with 5 years' experience at the executive level.Demonstrated ability to operate independently, handle stressful situations, use initiative and innovation to handle issues and make decisions required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.High degree of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, judgment and cultural sensitivity required.Demonstrated strong organization skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities required.Strong team player with the ability to build relationships across and outside the organization required.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft OutlookMailCalendar, Livelink, and the ability to learn new software applications required.Must type a minimum of 65 WPM with 95% accuracy. EducationExperience RequirementsMinimum Associates in an Administrative Science or related field preferredBachelor level preferred.10 years relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years supporting executive level management.Executive Leadership. This position involves high level contact with Executive Leadership and requires effective communication.Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
