Description: The Inside Sales Representative is a front-line employee, interacting with customers by telephone, email, and social media. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for contacting existing customers to ensure software and hardware maintenance agreements are renewed annually and introduceupsell additional HMI solutions.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the renewal process in assigned sales territory andor book of accounts.Consistently reach out to existing clients to closesecure orders for Hardware andor Software Maintenance revenue, in addition to upselling opportunitiesManage and track all quote requests, keeping forecasts up to date in CRM.Generate sales proposals, maintain forecasts, createupdate a variety of spreadsheets and data entry.Meeting or exceeding quota and all KPIs, such as call volume, creating new opportunities, and generating upsellrecovery revenue.Uncovering additional opportunities from relationship building for other productsProcess orders, perform follow up activities and ensure order delivery is complete.Assist clients with general inquiries, questions, and concerns.Coordinate and interface with other departments, gathering information and communicating it clearly to others.Assist with answering incoming calls and leverage sales skills to identify needs, propose solutions, andor direct calls to the appropriate team.Assist clients with general inquiries, questions, and concerns.Maintains thorough knowledge of company's products and understanding of structure.Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.3 - 5 years related experience in salesaccount management environment.2+ years' experience in Salesforce or other CRM solutions.SalesLoft experience preferred.Prior experience selling high-volume technology solutions and services a plus.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service skills; building and maintaining strong relationships.Creative, self-motivated, and drivenExcellent analytical, detail oriented, and reasoning skillsOutstanding telephone manner, follow-through, and questioning skillsProficient in MS OfficeExperience managing databases.Experience with ERP systems, BPCS or LX a plus.Works independently as well as in a team environmentAt Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, our spirited energy and engagement are evident in our commitment to our work, passion for what we do and the speed by which we achieve it.
