We work with Real Estate Developers, General Contractors, architects, and homeowners to provide expert solutions for building envelopes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site and on the road role for an Insulation Salesperson. The Insulation Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to selling insulation products and services. This includes meeting with clients, understanding their insulation needs, providing recommendations, preparing quotes, and closing sales. The Insulation Salesperson will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating with the installation team.QualificationsSales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closingBPI Certifications for building Analyst & Envelope Specialist a PlusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of insulation products and building scienceAbility to understand client needs and provide tailored solutionsOrganization and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the construction or building industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
