Job Description:

JURISolutions Legal has collaborated with a law firm in Falls Church, VA, to find a PT Litigation Paralegal for a temp-to-hire position. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of litigation and trial support experience. This position mostly follows a remote schedule, with occasional visits to the office as needed. This position will work up to 25 hours per week.Fundamental tasks include:Performing advanced level legal secretarial level job dutiesAssists and supports attorneys as neededCoordinate preparation of charts, graphs, and other visualsCommunicate on behalf of the attorney to obtain information, follow up on delegated assignments, and know when to refer matters to the attorneyTrial support (exhibits, binders, etc.)Maintain clientattorney confidentialityMaintain filing systemsPerforms additional duties as assignedRequirements to be considered for this role include:2+ years of litigation support experience is required.High school diploma is required. An associate degree is preferred.Able to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and find solutions to complete complex tasksStrong written and communication skillsStrong attention to detail to ensure projects meet business goalsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OutlookMUST be authorized to work in the US.Please send resumes along with salary requirements for immediate consideration.
