Radiophone is seeking an experienced Account Executive to be part of a small, dynamic team that will continue growing our location in the Little Rock, AR area. For over seven decades Radiophone has offered its customers the most advanced voice, data, and video solutions in the market and built a strong reputation for customer care and responsiveness. Our partnerships with leading tech companies like Motorola Solutions guarantees your efforts will be boosted by leading-edge technology offerings and world-class support for both you and your customer.  This Account Executive role will be responsible for driving new territory business through comprehensive, proactive face-to-face sales engagement within vertical markets including K-12, manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, and retail. The AE will work to grow volume of our traditional, highly adopted voice products, as well as adoption of newer emerging technology solutions from our broader safety and security portfolio. The products and services you will represent are widely accepted as "best-in-class" and most are #1 or #2 in U.S. market share. The successful candidate will:Develop new commercial opportunities within key vertical markets including K-12, manufacturing, utilities, and healthcare within a specified and exclusive central Arkansas territory.Manage customer relationships and continue to grow revenue within existing accounts through additional technology and service offerings. Work closely with company technical personnel to develop and close opportunities.Exceed quarterly and annual sales goalsUse CRM software to market, forecast and streamline sales opportunities.Navigate customer- and industry-specific sales processes including procurement, capital budgeting, operations, and support.Leverage in-company and external support resources.Ensure customer satisfaction with all accounts and all plete other tasks and responsibilities as assignedAs a Key Member of our Staff we will support you with:A competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, sales commissions, and goal-based pany subsidized employee health, dental insurance, and life insuranceCompany take-home car & gas pany credit card for travel-related pany-sponsored and funded sales and personal development training.401(k) with employer matchSmartphone with voice, text, data and mobile hotspot serviceMicrosoft Surface Book -house administrative support for tasks including quote generation and order entry, thereby allowing AE more time to prospect, develop, and close sales.Sales presentation equipment and aids.Bi-annual performance reviews and ongoing development plans.Ongoing marketing investments. Qualifications:4-year degree is preferred3+ years of B2B field sales with a proven track terest in and aptitude for technology is recommended.Experience selling to IT professionals a plus.Enterprise-level sales experience a plus.Experience selling into multiple vertical markets a plus.Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.Highly competitive; goal and achievement orientation.Self-motivated. Ability to manage your time and day-to-day activities without supervision.Natural drive to respond quickly to customer requests.Excellent follow-up skills a must.Strong phone presence and willingness to prospect by phone.Customer focused with the desire to achieve results in a complex, fast-paced environment.Ability to deliver results across prospects ranging from small to Fortune 50 size organizations, and decision- makersinfluencers ranging from entry-level management to C-Suite.Strong verbal and written communications skillsExperience using MS Word, Power Point, and Excel. Proficient with Google Apps for Business including Gmail & Meet. Experience working with or similar CRM a pany
