JOB SUMMARY:The IT Infrastructure Leader will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our healthcare plan's technology infrastructure. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure management, a deep understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to drive technological advancements that align with our business goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that supports the company's mission, objectives, and growth plans with a strong focus on cloud architecture.and mentor a team of infrastructure managers, engineers, analysts and technicians, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.and maintain the architecture for the healthcare plan's technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet the needs of various healthcare business units.the management, configuration, and optimization of network infrastructure, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.the continuous availability and performance of critical healthcare applications and systems.and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive healthcare data and ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST).cybersecurity team to develop and enforce information security policies.and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to operations in the event of an outage or disaster.relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.and manage the infrastructure budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective formed about emerging technologies and trends in healthcare IT and infrastructure to drive continuous improvement and innovation.QUALIFICATIONS:understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.experience managing a redundant Azure environment is a plus.experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructure solutions.leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE:or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or 12 years of equivalent work experience.of 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role within a healthcare environment.have previous experience achieving SOC 2 Type 2 Certification.
