Responsibilities will range from assisting with updating shipment details in the ERP system, inventory management, and communicating with logistics partners. They will support the Sr. Logistics Manager reporting any delays or inventory issues. Attention to detail, accuracy, and maintaining efficiency are important for this position. Our Logistics Coordinator is a very important role in the day-to-day functions of the company.Open availability required and it's not a remote position.Responsibilities and DutiesSupport Sr. Logistics manager with managing logistics of Third-Party Partner and Vendor shipmentsAssist Sr. Logistics Manager with managing bulk production receiving process, verifying counts, coordinating delivery of production fit approvals, and QC findingsAssist with issuing and documenting credit memos and chargebacksAssist with verifying and submitting vendor shipping documents to Accounting Dept on all production shipments for on time payment to vendors (Packets Uploads)Coordinate with cross-functional departmentsAssist Sr. Logistics Manager with maintaining a log of all FedExDHL claims on 71 lbs.Assist team with our new Duty Drawback Program in gathering all the required documentsFedEx Invoice AuditingFiling claims on lost and damaged shipments and following upReceiving Functions and ad-hoc duties as assignedSkills:Ability to communicate effectively with manager, co-workers and other personnelAble to follow set procedures and help identify improvements gapsAbility to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while preserving sense of urgencyERP - Netsuite WMSShopifyShipStation experience a plusFamiliarity with FedEx ManagerAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, where managing multiple tasks is essentialStrong organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with HTS codes, and Automated Customs Environment (ACE), AES filing requirements a plusFlexible, highly organized and a team playerIntermediate Excel Skills preferredTotal Rewards Package:Paid vacation, sick time, and holidaysA fun-filled, creative work environmentHealthcare, Vision, Dental401k with company matchCompetitive salaryGenerous discount* Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.Please email your resume to for dicate title of positionrole on the subject lineWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
