Job Description:

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the manufacturing plant, with a focus on maximizing productivity and profitability. Key responsibilities include:Maximize Plant Capacity & Efficiency:Lead efforts to enhance throughput and operational efficiencies to increase manufacturing profitability.Continuously assess and optimize production processes, workflows, and staffing to meet production goals.Assure Quality Control:Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) Department to maintain high product quality standards.Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.Monitor Yield and Cost Control:Analyze production costs and yields to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved productivity.Implement strategies to control and reduce production costs while maximizing output.Assure Sanitation Processes:Work closely with the Sanitation Manager to ensure that sanitation and hygiene protocols are followed rigorously.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with regulatory standards.Support R&D Efforts:Collaborate with the Research and Development team to facilitate new product development and process improvements.Provide input and resources to support innovation within the plant.
