Together, let's shape the future of HR at PanCare of Florida, Inc., and continue making a difference in the lives of those we serve.Role Responsibilities:Collaborate with leadership team to understand PanCare's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, retention, diversity, and employee engagement.Develop and deliver diversity and inclusion training programs for employees and managers to enhance cultural competency and promote inclusivity.Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high quality HR services and programs to all levels of the organization.Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs and activities to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (HIPPA, OSHA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.Provide guidance and support to executives and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, organizational development, and change management.Training - oversee new hire and ongoing training efforts to ensure staff is fully capable and knowledgeable of high-quality service; documentation process to protect the organizationPerformance Management - annual review process; escalated discipline issues; legal consultation; exit plan development and oversight.Drive the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring their competitiveness and align with industry standards.Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective plan administration and compliance with regulatory requirements (benefits, retirement, etc.).Stay current on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage and optimize HR technology systems, including HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems to streamline HR processes and enhance data analytics capabilities.Support needs of current business while continuing to plan for future company needs.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field strongly preferred.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR or PHR) required.Previous supervisory experience required.5 years of progressive HR experience including experience at the Director level experience in a corporate or medical setting preferred.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development and change management.Experience overseeing HR technology systems such as HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.Exhibit a growth mindset and team-oriented behaviors.Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information and sensitive information with discretion.Are you ready for a position that not only challenges you, but also rewards you with amazing benefits?
