Branch Managers are responsible for:Managing field and office personnel, with the support of the Regional Manager and Corporate OfficeGrowing branch profitability by providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfactionDriving our award-winning safety culture, ensuring all crane service work is performed in a safe and professional manner.Maintaining branch profitloss statements in accordance with corporate margin guidelines, providing financial monthly reports to the Regional Zone Manager.Creates a team atmosphere where all employees are valued and supported within our 5 Marks culture.The ideal candidate will have experience in the crane service industry, some in the field. Our culture strives to always operate within our 5 Marks of Safety, Integrity, Respect, Effectiveness, and Legacy.QualificationsQualified Branch Manager candidates will be able to pass drug, alcohol, background, and motor vehicle checks and will have the following:5+ years management experience in the Crane Service IndustryCrane field service experienceStrong communication skills, written and verbalProficient with computers including ExcelExceptional customer service skillsProven financial and operational knowledgeAbility to learn and become proficient in accounting software programs (NetSuite a plus)Proven organizational and leadership skillsAble to work independently and as a teamAble to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
