XNRGY is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician to join its team located in Phoenix. The technician will visit various sites to identify the source of the problem.The position is unsupervised and requires discipline and good decision-making in the field as a representative of XNRGY climate systems.An overview of your responsibilities:Able to identify an report the difference between a manufacturing and construction site deficiency;Complete detailed reports at the end of the day when necessary;This job is 100% travel and will act as a representative for XNRGY at multiple job sites across the United States;Person must have the ability to travel to Montreal quarterly if needed;Check in with Manager after the end of each workday while in the Field;During and or at the end of each dayjob complete all company provided forms to the fullest extent possible;Obtain client signature on company provided forms where applicable;Hand in paperwork at the end of each trip for processing in sequential order;Ensure all receipts or invoices for expenses have job numbers and get sent to the correct person;Ensure all excess materials used for each job are listed properly and documented. Assist on job sites with other XNRGY Technicians as needed;Answer all office emailscalls in a timely manner;Secure parts and tools needed throughout the day for various jobs as required;Report all warranty repairs to the Manager or field supervisor and provide the necessary info needed to report back to the plant if it is a XNRGY internal problem;Set expectations to other team members;Consult Manager or field supervisor in times of uncertainty;Constantly in contact with customer, general contractors, and other XNRGY employees;Active participant in daily construction, commissioning and team meetings.
