HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a CRNA or AA to join our service line as the Division Chief of Advanced Practice Providers for our South Atlantic Division. The HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Service line is growing quickly, currently operating in 5 states. Opportunity Highlights: This newly created position will collaborate with Division Chiefs of Anesthesia along with Facility Chiefs of APP and other leadership to develop and execute clinical and business strategies and initiatives for HCA employed practices in HCA's South Atlantic Division (includes 2 Florida and 2 Georgia facilities.) The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing hiring, supervising, managing and training of teams at various facilities. Position will provide conflict management and resolution, participate in all aspects of quality improvement, risk management and many other processes to ensure excellence in all initiatives of the Anesthesia Service Line. The position is responsible for performing all other relevant duties as required and directed by and listed in the Job Description.
