Associate Immigration Attorney - Are you interested in practicing Immigration Law? More than ever, Immigration law has been a hot-growing practice. Full-Time position for a full range of immigration practices in Waltham, Massachusetts. The candidate must be comfortable dealing with a heavy caseload, have writing, computer, and organization skills, and be detail-oriented. The candidate must be comfortable dealing with vast amounts of critical detail and be able to write clearly, concisely, and quickly. Extensive client contact in person, via telephone, and by email. The candidate will be attending, either in person or via video conference, client interviews with USCIS as well as EOIR-Removal hearings in Immigration Court. This is a very dynamic position that involves court appearances and trial exposure. No prior experience is required; Spanish or Portuguese languages are preferred but not petitive Salary plus health and dental benefits.
