In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our real estate transactions and projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating legal risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.Conduct due diligence investigations, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.Prepare and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, easements, and closing documents.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and third-party vendors to facilitate smooth transaction processes.Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate matters, providing recommendations and solutions to the legal team.Assist in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions.Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends affecting real estate law, keeping the legal team informed of relevant changes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; paralegal certification preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.Strong understanding of real estate law, including knowledge of title insurance, land use regulations, and property law principles.Proficiency in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality work product.Experience with renewable energy projects or environmental law is a plus.Join Our Team: If you're passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
