Hybrid-Remote Schedule 32 Relocation Assistance AvailableJob Summary:Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures compensation plans are competitive, equitable and meet business needs. Facilitates manager education in the effective use of compensation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the annual compensation review, completes survey submissions, bonus modeling, and salary increase budget analysesConsults on internal and external job offers to ensure starting pay is aligned with candidate competenciesEnsures accuracy of job-related data in HRIS, approves compensation adjustments andor job changesEvaluates various roles determining leveling, competitive value and ensuring jobs are compliant with FLSA designationsResponsible for market pricing various jobs and analyzing competitive market data to ensure a competitive market positionMay review internal equity and prepare proposals to management on pay adjustmentsParticipates in the design and administration of company-wide programs related to base pay, incentive pay, and long-term incentivesDevelops communicationeducational materials and conducts training sessionsPartners with business clients to understand and support their business objectives by providing analytical support, consulting, and compensation advicePerforms all other duties, as assignedSupervisory andor Leadership Responsibilities: None.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office with advanced knowledge of excelBasic knowledge of Workday HRIS System preferredIntermediate to advanced knowledge of compensation principles including survey data, market analysis, merit budgetingBasic knowledge of short and long-term incentive plan designSkilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problemsSkilled in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with business leadersAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to listen and understand information verbally and in writingMinimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related functional experienceMinimum 3 years compensation experience preferably with some consulting experienceCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or similar certification preferred but not requiredPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
