We are looking for driven leaders who can provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and fitting room. Reporting to the District Manager and peers, this position is the leader when in store. This requires a strong work ethic and ability to lead effectively.Responsibilities:● Complete all opening and closing procedures● Complete any operational duties● Consistently meeting and exceeding store sales goals.● Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guest remains the top priority● Assist with merchandising on the sale floor● Demonstrate exceptional customer service including being a stylist to all customers● Knowledge of all product lines in store● Complete daily tasks as well as assistance with processing any incoming shipment● Maintain a clean and safe work space● Connect with customers at the cash wrapQualifications:● Must be at least 18 years of age
