Lateral Link is assisting a reputable law firm in Baltimore that is looking to bring on a Government Contracts partner. This general practice firm has been around for almost 70 years and has strong roots in the city. The firm is most interested in a multi-faceted government contracts attorney who has experience as it relates to the defense and intelligence communities, including negotiation and preparation of prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements and joint ventures; procurement and certification issues; and representation in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
