Primary Function Provide support for the recruiting team in administration and identifying candidates. This is an entry-level position on a recruiting team. The goal is to have this role provide foundation to grow into a Corporate Recruiter. Key Responsibilities Proactively research and creatively utilize various sources to increase candidate flowCreate and run marketing campaigns on various job boards and social media channels to drive applicant trafficAudit job postings for Operations Recruiting Team to ensure we are staying in compliance per OFCCP guidelinesMine data from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to engage with individuals that did not complete an applicationAid in posting job requisitions in ATS as needed or when backing up Operations RecruitersLearn how to qualify resumes and evaluate talent for hourly-level positionsDevelop sourcing strategies with Recruiting team on hard-to-fill positions Cross-train and back up co-workers on an as-needed basisRun and analyze various reports to distribute to the teamHandle administrative aspects for arranging career fairs and other events Performs other duties as assigned Professional Skills Ability to communicate with all levels of employeesOrganizational skills & high attention to detailAbility to remain flexible and resourceful with a high level of professionalismAbility to multitask Experience BS Degree in Business, HR or related discipline or equivalent experiencePrior experience in recruitment, sales, data analysis, or customer service is preferredExperience with Microsoft Office productsExperience with performing various and repetitive administrative tasks Compensation $47,000 per year What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
