As an Account Manager at STP, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, which include commercial contractors. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating staffing needs, overseeing project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being based in Sturbridge, MA but with some work from home flexibility.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of the construction industry and skilled tradesExperience in account management or salesAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience with staffing sales or a similar industry (preferred)
