Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionThe salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000.Reporting to our Senior Social Content Director, we are looking for a Senior Community Manager to join our Emmy Award-winning Creative Social team, working with one of our partners - a prestigious entertainment streamer.You are a deep online community builder, who lives for fandoms. You will embody the brand's tone of voice through online conversations, finding opportunities to create reactive social conversations that embody what's happening at the speed of culture.You'll adhere to established protocols for moderation, business affairs reviews, and ensuring a perfect track record in quality assurance, and make recommendations to processes, tactics, and publishing optimizations.Your responsibilities will include:Prepare and maintain a rigorous posting schedule across up to 10 social media platforms.Identify reactive opportunities for social engagement and content creation.Oversee quality control of every post before it goes live.Manage active audience engagement on social platforms, getting involved in relevant conversations with a view to increasing engagement, encouraging interaction and creating communitiesBuild and manage complex workstreams across platforms and channels for delivery.Report feedback from users and escalating issues promptly.Measure and capture important data, trends, sentiments and reactions to content messaging formats across all communities.Adhere to a consistent tone of voice.Evaluate content against business criteria and flag any potential risksQualifications4+ years experience in community management on behalf of a brand.Deep passion for entertainment and entertainment fandoms.Experience posting a high volume of content across channels and platforms.Experience building audiences and increasing engagement.Fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills.You'll understand mainstream social media audiences and pop culture globally.Somebody who is creative and open to join team brainstorms, utilizing their community knowledge to build content ideas.Have an excellent understanding of social media platforms: Meta (Instagram, Facebook), YouTube, Twitter and TikTok.Note: We emphasize skills, expertize and behavioral attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
