Job Description:

PURPOSETo expand HC Beauty's market share by developing new business and managing the accounts of existing partner salons. The BDM works to equip salon owners with the tools and products to transform the culture of their salons through the sale of education, products, mentoring, tools and sundries that develop them as leaders of consistently profitable PENSATION AND BENEFITSBase salary of $40,000 + commission on all orders - inherited and earned.
