Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to businesses and individuals in Florida.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, particularly preparing and responding to discovery. Organizing and electronically maintaining case files. Meeting with clients and attending hearings. Assisting in preparation of various transaction documents and real estate closings. Conducting legal research on specialized subjects. This includes providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in state and federal courts. Successful candidates will also be responsible for performing other tasks as assigned.QualificationsStrong knowledge of civil lawExperience in providing legal advice and conducting researchExcellent negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAdmission to the Florida State Bar (or ability to become admitted)Relevant experience in civil litigation is a plusBachelor's degree in Law or related field, Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required
