The objective will be to optimize productivity, safety, and ergonomics in order to achieve a better overall shopfloor efficiency. You will have full responsibility to improve and redesign current workstations to reach the expected ergonomic and production capacity.Activities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing workstations, identifying inefficiencies, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with engineering teams, including production managers, engineers, and safety personnel, to develop workstation redesign proposals aligned with operational needs and safety standards.Evaluate ergonomic factors such as posture, repetitive motion, and workstation layout to enhance comfort and reduce the risk of injuries.Explore opportunities to integrate technology solutions, such as automation, digital displays, and IoT devices, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Optimize material flow and handling processes within workstations to minimize waste, reduce cycle times, and enhance throughput.Ensure that workstation revamp initiatives comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies, particularly regarding safety and environmental considerations.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, to successfully execute workstation revamp projects from concept to implementation.What skills and qualifications are we looking for?Engineering Master's degree Proven experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on workstation design, optimization, and project management.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools for workstation layout design and analysis.Understanding of AS9100 standardExperienced in quality, problem-solving, and root cause analysis Experienced in manufacturing aviation industryWhy join us?To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company;To have a competitive salary and a great benefits packageTo access training that focuses on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices;To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals;To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence;To join a dynamic, specialized, and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.To be part of a team where having fun is essential.
