In our 25-plus years, we have never laid-off employees.Responsibilities:Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus onquality customer serviceInstall cabling and card readers, mount equipment, door contact and strikes,intrusion detection, CCTV equipment, and access control systemsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, wiring diagrams, and otherspecificationsManage and maintain proper material inventoryPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Demonstrated mechanical abilityExperience in the electronics field, with commercial access control and CCTVFiber and conduit installation experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferredValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crawlMust be able to work in confined spacesMust be able to lift and move items over 50 poundsMust be able to climb ladders and elevate in lifts and bucket trucksMust be able to see color to discern color-coded wiringMust be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extremeheat and coldAdditional Requirements:Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM; additional work,including on-call, may be requiredMust possess and maintain a satisfactory background recordMust be willing to travelMust provide own basic hand toolsElite Contracting is an Equal Opportunity Employer by both policy and practice.
