A Contract-to-Hire Junior-level Electronics Technician is available in Beaverton, OR courtesy of Modis Engineering. This is an amazing opportunity for a for a graduate from an electronics technology program or Physics grad to begin their career by joining our company as a Production Assembler Operator. Rate: $23 - $25hourJob Duties: Learn how to operate the automated calibration stations and take in the knowledge from a mentor.Learn company's products and systems and train under long-tenured technician to grow into electronics repair position.Prepare the production area at the start of shiftFollow computer automated test proceduresRun multiple test stations for the duration of the shiftAccurately complete test recordsRequirements: Must have High School diploma or puter literacy. Ability to follow written procedures, directions and instructions.Excellent attention-to detail skills.Experienced in the use of basic hand tools including drivers, wrenches and cutting tools.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, with basic level of experience in Excel.Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted as required.Candidate must be willing to work overtime as required to meet workload demands.Mechanical aptitude.
