We are dedicated to helping our clients find the most cost-effective supplies to support their missions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual (Spanish) National Account Manager of Non-Profit Accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with non-profit organizations, ensuring they receive the best products and value for their donations. The day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, understanding client needs, proposing product solutions, processing orders, and coordinating delivery logistics.QualificationsFluency in English and SpanishExperience in account management or customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and ERP programs.Knowledge of wholesale or supply chain industry is a plusExperience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
